  1. my keurig b50 is leaking water?
i received a keurig b50 from a friend who works at bed bath and beyond, and when i make a cup of coffee it leaks water from the bottom. also if i leave water in the reservoir it will eventually leak out all over the counter. just wondering if there is anyway this can be fixed, of if anyone has had this same problem and was able to fix it without getting a whole new machine.

ok… its not the reservoir its definitely something inside that’s leaking.

and it was an accident for me posting the question in this category. give me a break.

    • (1) Read your owners manual. There may be a section where you can purchase a new reservoir

      (2) Go to the Keuring website and ask if you can purchase a new reservoir

      http://www.keurig.com/

      (3) Don’t post non-alcoholic beverage questions in the “Beer, Wine and Spirits” category.

  2. Is my Keurig broken? Just got it yesterday?
I recently got a Keurig for Christmas, but most of my coffee cups are too big to fit in it, so i tried taking the bottom part off, which I’m not sure if you’re supposed to do, and when I do that a bunch of water starts leaking? is it supposed to leak?

    • The Keurig should not leak, whether you take the bottom tray off or not. The tray is designed to come off either for (a) cleaning purposes or (b) to allow for larger or taller cups to fit. I’ve used taller cups and had no issue. Sounds like your Keurig is defective. Take it back to the store where it was bought or contact Keurig directly if you have a problem returning it to the store. You are entitled to a new one! Hope this helps.
